Subscription terms

The service is provided by TRIPLE EDGE LABS FZ-LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe, which stores your card details: we never see or store them.

Plans, their features and prices are on the pricing page and shown again before you pay. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes: VAT or any other applicable tax is calculated based on your country and shown at checkout and on the invoice.

The Student plan can be tried free for 7 days, once per account: an account that has already had a trial or a subscription doesn't get one, and Mentor has no trial. A card is required to start it. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts on its own when the trial ends and the chosen plan (monthly or yearly) is charged, renewing from then on as the next section says. You can cancel at any time during the trial from Subscription, in the Stripe portal: you keep the plan until the trial ends and nothing is charged. If you switch to Mentor during the trial, the trial ends at that moment and Mentor is charged.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual), for the same period and at the current price, charged to your saved card, until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll tell you before the renewal it affects.

You can cancel at any time from Subscription, in the Stripe portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the paid period and then the account becomes free. Nothing you recorded is deleted; anything above the free account's limits becomes inaccessible until you return to a paid plan.

You can switch between Student and Mentor, or between monthly and annual, at any time. When you move up (Student to Mentor, or monthly to annual) the prorated difference is charged right away and the new period starts that day. When you move down (Mentor to Student, or annual to monthly) nothing is charged or refunded: the change takes effect when the paid period ends, and you keep your plan until then. If you move from Student annual to Mentor monthly, you move to Mentor annual right away, paying only the difference between the two annual plans, and to Mentor monthly when the year ends. Becoming a Mentor means the mentors following your account stop seeing it; leaving Mentor means your students stop sharing with you.

If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a few days and you keep your plan meanwhile. If it can't be collected, the subscription ends and the account becomes free.

Unless the law requires otherwise, periods already started are not refunded, in whole or in part. You keep any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, including the right of withdrawal where the law grants it. To request a refund or exercise that right, write to hugo@traynio.com.

The free account never expires and needs no card. It includes backtesting with the last 15 days of candles and 5 trades in Live Mode. We may change its limits with prior notice.
