Which plan should I choose, Student or Mentor?

If you are going to practise and track your own trading, choose Student: it includes every Traynio feature and nothing is missing. Mentor is for trading mentors and academies: it adds the panel to follow your students, comment on their trades and message them. For your own trading, Mentor gives you nothing extra.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: the Student plan can be tried free for 7 days, once per account. Your card is required to start and nothing is charged until day 8; cancel before from Subscription and you pay nothing. Mentor has no trial. And if you'd rather not give your card, the free account is still there, with no expiry.

Do I need a card for the free account?

No. Sign up and use it as long as you like. A card is only needed when you choose a paid plan or start the trial.

What happens when I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and doesn't renew. After that the account is free again: nothing you recorded is deleted.

Can I switch from Student to Mentor, or from monthly to annual?

Yes, from Subscription. Moving up charges the prorated difference right away; moving down (Mentor to Student, or annual to monthly) takes effect when what you paid ends, with nothing refunded.

How do I pay and where are my invoices?

By card, through Stripe. Invoices, card changes and cancellation are in the Stripe portal, linked from Subscription.
