• Account data: name, email address, identifier and basic authentication data.
• Data you enter: simulated accounts, strategies, plans, sessions, orders, trades, notes, tags and screenshots.
• Preferences: time zone, theme and replay settings.
• Technical and security data: IP address, browser, device, access logs, errors and events needed to prevent abuse and keep the service running.
• Payment and subscription data where applicable. Full card details are processed by the payment provider, not by Traynio.
• Messages you send us when requesting support or exercising a right.

• Providing, maintaining and securing the service and your account: performance of the contract.
• Processing payments and managing the subscription: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Answering queries and communications: performance of the contract or legitimate interest.
• Measuring performance, diagnosing errors and improving the product: legitimate interest, applying data minimization.
• Preventing fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and complying with legal obligations: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
• Sending marketing communications: only where a valid legal basis exists; you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share data only where necessary with providers that help us operate the service, such as Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting and performance metrics) and, where applicable, the payment provider. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal data.

Traynio uses a TradingView charting library hosted within the service itself. According to TradingView's documentation, that library works independently and transmits no user data to TradingView and sets no cookies by itself.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, we use recognized mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, together with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We keep data while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements. The periods depend on the type of data and its purpose. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, per-user isolation and backups, although no system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you can request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw a consent without retroactive effect. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live. To exercise a right, write to hugo@traynio.com. We may ask you for reasonable information to verify your identity.

The service is not directed at people under 18. We may update this policy when the service or the applicable rules change. We will publish the current version on this page and, if the change is significant, we will communicate it by an appropriate means.
