Terms of use

Traynio is a service by TRIPLE EDGE LABS FZ-LLC, an FZ-LLC licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority under license number 47037516, registered at VUNE3349, Compass Building - Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. It is an educational tool for simulation, backtesting and trade journaling over historical data. It is not a broker, adviser, investment manager or platform for executing real trades. It holds no funds and guarantees no absolute accuracy, continuity or timeliness of the market data.

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to contract. You must provide correct information, keep your credentials secure and tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account, and you may not share it, sell it or use it to circumvent limits of the service.

You may not:

• use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or to harm third parties;
• interfere with its security, availability or operation;
• automate access, extract data in bulk or exceed technical limits without authorization;
• decompile, copy, resell or create a derivative service except where the law expressly allows it;
• upload malicious content or content you have no rights over.

Prices, taxes, billing period and the features of each plan are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew for the same period until canceled. You can cancel the renewal at any time; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise expressly, periods already started are not refunded. You keep any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

You keep the rights over the content you enter. You authorize us to host, copy and process it only as far as needed to provide, protect and improve the service. You are responsible for your content being lawful. Whether export is available depends on the features included in the product.

Traynio, its design, software, brand and own content are protected by intellectual property rights. The service may incorporate third-party software, data or services subject to their own licenses. TradingView is a trademark of its respective owner; Traynio is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by TradingView unless expressly stated.

Every simulation has limits: it does not fully reproduce liquidity, slippage, latency, emotions or real execution conditions. Past or simulated results guarantee no future results. Nothing in Traynio is a recommendation, signal or financial advice. Read the risk disclosure.

We may modify, suspend or withdraw features to keep the service secure, comply with the law or evolve the product. We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading decisions, market losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the simulation. None of the above limits non-waivable rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You can stop using the service and cancel your account. We may limit or suspend access if you breach these terms, create a security risk or we are required to do so by law, seeking to notify you where reasonable. We may update these conditions; significant changes will be communicated before they take effect where appropriate.

The contract is entered into with TRIPLE EDGE LABS FZ-LLC, registered at VUNE3349, Compass Building - Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and, where applicable, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory rules and forums that protect consumers where they live.
